Our neurological rehabilitation specializes in Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis. In the Parkinson's center, we address slowed movements, muscle tension, and balance disorders. For Multiple Sclerosis, we assist with mobility, spasticity, ataxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and bladder issues. In neurological early rehabilitation, our focus is on stroke patients, treating swallowing and breathing difficulties, incorporating robotic therapy, and providing outpatient services. Our multiprofessional team of rehab coordination, doctors, nursing staff, and therapists is available around the clock. Our motto: "We bring you back to the things you love."

Early rehabilitation
Neurological Early Rehabilitation at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht enables early training of everyday skills post-acute treatment. The experienced interdisciplinary team employs proven therapy concepts and modern technologies, especially in ventilator weaning. The specially designed Bodan ward, located within the Heart-Neuro Center Bodensee, collaborates closely with neighboring acute hospitals.
Multiple Sclerosis
Our clinic provides individualized counseling and comprehensive treatment for those with MS through a specialized team. Inpatient rehabilitation aims to preserve quality of life and independence, with goals formulated upon admission. With a wide range of therapeutic options, specifically addressing fatigue, social services, and occupational therapists offer guidance. Therapy effects often persist for months after inpatient rehabilitation, leading many to return annually.
Parkinson Center
In the Parkinson Center, we provide a tailored rehabilitation program for Parkinson's Disease, along with outpatient therapy offerings. Our specialized team welcomes you and aims to enhance your quality of life, control cardinal symptoms, and assist with daily coping. We assess your needs and cater to you and your family.
One of the largest robotics centers in Europe
Our technology-assisted therapy is provided in a spacious, bright room covering 245 m2. The robot-assisted therapy devices allow for an early initiation of specific therapies such as gait therapy, promoting motor learning and neural reorganization. Studies show that the early use of these devices after a stroke and other neurological conditions improves remission. Various devices are used during the rehabilitation phase to achieve specific goals.
